Why waste resources unnecessarily and populate an already #overpopulated city? I think this is the time for organizations to reevaluate themselves.

Shifting offices to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities should be seen as an option. It would solve the migration problems and would help in boosting the local economy too. Employees from villages, small towns, and cities should at least be given the option to work from a place convenient to them, not forcing them to shift to the Megacities.

I understand remote work doesn’t work very well with all industries but in those cases setting up satellite offices or coworking spaces can be considered.
